Dr. Tóyò has over a decade of nursing experience, during which she has cared for patients in various clinical settings. She combines medical expertise with artistic precision and a holistic approach to wellness in every treatment she provides.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Sunderland in the UK, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from American Sentinel University in Colorado. Driven by her passion for enhancing aesthetic and wellness care, she subsequently achieved her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Arkansas State University, underscoring her commitment to clinical excellence and evidence-based practice. Her quality initiative project focused on the care of menopausal women, emphasizing the significance of total wellness and aligning with the company slogan: “Look Good, Feel Better.”
As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Licensed Cosmetologist in the state of Texas, Dr. Tóyò specializes in skin rejuvenation, laser therapy, and comprehensive wellness treatments. Her meticulous techniques and artistic eye have earned her a reputation as a perfectionist, striking a balance between precision and compassion to deliver natural, radiant, and safe results tailored to each patient.

Dr. Manning joined the Rheumatic Disease Clinic in August 2003. He is a native of Jamaica, but Cleveland, Ohio is his hometown. Obtained his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX in May of 2000. Completed his residency in Family Practice in July of 2003 at St.
Joseph Hospital, which is also in Houston.
The American Academy of Family Medicine and has a special interest in Rheumatoid Arthritis and other autoimmune diseases. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, running, reading, and weightlifting when not providing care.
